Returns will not be accepted without prior telephone or electronic communication.
Changes for online orders can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as the products are in their original condition.
The returned products must necessarily be accompanied by the legal sales document (receipt), which will be enclosed within the parcel.
In the 3rd case, the new order should have equal or greater value than the one it replaces.
Shipping costs, cash on delivery costs as well as the difference that will arise from the new order are borne exclusively by the customer.
You have the right to request a partial or full refund within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt.
